   I talked to one of our permitters today, and they are ready for us to get 
started. We need to get Chips Hole finished up and move on . We will do the 
usual route for winter - start at the top and do the downstream, and then
Sally, 
 Wakulla B, then Sheppard, Indian, Wakulla etc. 

   We need to document everything this year on video and stills, we need to get 
everything one tht maps, and we need to test everyplace. Rat is handling the 
vids, Herring is doing the science (Pete needs to finish up his PhD, so Roger 
and Lee are acting in his capacity for fieldwork, but Peter is directing it),
we 
need to get the new HMI's built for when A clears, we need to get the sonar 
programmed and tested, we need to get the locator going, and we need to get the 
rebreather guys up to full speed - a lot of work

    Start thinking about it. When the trunk and Wakulla clear, we need everyone 
to be ready to hit it hard, so save your gas money, only dive with team guys, 
and put all effort into stepping up to the next level of what we have to do 
here.
