	There is a company called Dive Rescue International in Colorado
	which offers courses for Search and Rescue as well as Law Enforcement.
	They offer training ranging from running basic dive operations, to
	sonar, salvage, polluted environments and ... Underwater Investigation.
	They have done courses for teams from all over the world, including
	the Royal Canadian Mounted, state police teams and the FBI.
	You might give them a call at 1-800-248-3483 (1-800-248-DIVE).  
	I very heartily recommend them.  They might even customize a course
	to specifically meet your individual needs.
