Barry, CIS has nothing to hide, but they were correct in assuming that I was about to point to the evidence of cluelessness about the application, and incorect in assuming that I had not already completely reviewed the machine the day before. These guys forget that most of what they copied came from Bill Gavin's EX-19 work (my former dive partner) and that none of us care other than as a curriosity - we have our own rebreathers and they cave dive right here and now WTIH NO EXCUSES, can be bought right here and now, and are the only new technology in rebreathers in 48 years. I have not seen the dive that I can not do with my rebreather, and will entertain no bullshit about any others - that limp-wristed-limey who had his panties in a wad was a weenie named "Nigel" (aren't they all), who is too freaking stupid to understand that if I wanted to know what was what with the CIS, I would phone Bill Stone and ask him, and he would tell me. What Nigel and the rest of the bonesmugglers also do not understand is that I am the only one out there (other than Rob Palmer) who is giving anyone any hope that these devices can be safely produced, sold, and used, and that Isler and WKPP are the ones who are proving it, and Bill Stone would be the first to agree with that concept. Somebody has to step up and pet the first pony, and pussies like Nigel can SMD , while we laugh with the pony. - G On Sun, 12 Jan 1997, Barry Miller <rat@ne*.co*> wrote: > The best thing that happened at DEMA was when George, Brent, and myself were at the Cis-Lunar Booth. While we were there looking at their unit, the guy came up to us and shoved George away and said he had seen enough. I thought the whole reason for DEMA was to show your product? What were they trying to hide? The people at Brownies were happy to show you everything about their rig and answer any questions. My only conclusion was that it was OK to inspect it if they could lie to you and get away with it. Maybe we can get Rich to tell us what the Cis-Lunar people were trying to hide? > >Barry > > George M.
