"Decompression-Decompression Sickness" by Dr. Buhlmann is out of print,
and is not available at this time.

It did list the calculation methods used by Dr. Buhlmann, including his
algorithm and tables, and fairly understandable instructions on
implementation of this algorithm.

However, his new book "Tauchmedizin" is currently in print, but is only
available in German.  ISBN number (for those who can read German text)
is:  3-540-55581-1.

A couple of other sources is "Deeper into Diving" by John Lippman (should
be available at your local dive shop or thru Best Publishing), and
"Basic Decompression Theory and Application" by Bruce R. Wienke
(ISBN 0-941332-17-9; also avialable thru Best Publishing).
