Yes, Beuchat makes such a valve. It is a mono-block construction Y
valve with removable threaded inserts to convert from yoke to DIN.

Yep - I own four of the beasties, and use them on single 95s for
openwater diving and single tank cave/wreck penetration. They work
great, and cost a lot less than than the OMS Y valves.
