Tom, the actual agreement was to not badmouth the CDS , which I upheld. The
CDS actually has nothing to do with my project status at NSS, D.E.P., U.S.D.A.,
U.S.D.I., U.S.E.P.A or with the State of Florida. The issue is that complainers
do not want them supporting me.
Nothing is going to change other than that Lamar and I are working together
to
diffuse the situation. It appears that we had a little tiny bit of
misreprestentation by a few people, and that we had a couple of personal
agendas
involved. I can tell you that this just backfired severely in two people's
faces.
Makes no difference - I will make it easier on Lamar by not repsonding to
the
constant attempts by people like Petty to provoke me with his personal attacks,
and will not communicate with people whom I suspect of being merely trying to
get something going (there are plenty of others who can take care of that), and
I already debunked the rest.
Since I do not need the NSS for financial support, but I do need a
coordinated effort out of them to get their members to produce survey data on
caves that I can go to the State with to recommend protective measures, I will
work with Lamar to see if we can get that done, and he will work with me to
implement some other ideas we have had.
