No one is going to sneak up on me when I'm wedged in a hole, even if they do all they can grab is my fins. If I am out of the wreck and someone approachs I will meet them and CONTROL the situation. I was a lifeguard when I was younger, you NEVER let a drowning person take control, if you do, you die. Since I am either in transit or in a hole I am "not likely" to have this happen to me. I can see how this might be more prevalent in other situations others dive in, then perhaps it is a good idea. I believe my way of diving is best FOR ME, and I will not push my ideas on anyone, but I would like the opportunity to discuss different opinions, something that for some reason is frowned on here. Have you ever heard of shitty vis? What about solo diving and someone coming up to you from another group while you are on the same wreck? Mike
