There are quite a few of us here who are well on our way to diving rebreathers that hang in the background in this list, you are correct in saying that there are not a lot of people diving them, but after all, until this year, a real closed circuit rebreather tipped the scales at $15000.00+ USD. That was more than many of us could justify for our hobby. You will find that the people currently diving these units have a work related reason to dive them, usually Photography or science. Hang tight for the next few months and you should start to hear about the experiences of those of us who *ARE* going to be diving these rigs on a regular basis. And you know what? We will probably be very happy to tell you about our experiences without the snide, belittling tone that permeates this list. Does anyone else find it interesting that George has been learning and diving rebreathers for a year while very carefully throwing up a smoke screen saying "rebreathers are not real dive equipment". I suppose he had his reasons to hide the facts, but I get a chuckle out of the fact that those of us who have already committed our hard earned money and time to rebreathers, are now going to be vindicated on this list by one of the harshest critics. Thanks George. Bill Elliott ================== Studying hard and looking forward to no bubbles.
