For people who are looking at making up a 'proper' harness for their
backplate I have a sample of Heavy duty 3mm thick 50mm wide webbing on
it's way to me. Hopefully this may be more chaffe-resistant than the
stuff that seems to be kicking around at the moment. Not sure as to
price per foot yet, but if anybosy is interested - drop me a line
