Hi George,

I believe that I heard someone mention something here about in you =
'Doing it right' video, that you rig the shoulder straps so that the =
come up straight over the shoulder rather than cross and that you do not =
us a chest strap. I have not seen you video so I don't know. I just =
bought a new AUL anodized aluminum backplate and was going to rig it =
like yours just for the heck of it, but what are the benefits other than =
personal preference? I have been using a DR back plate (plasic) for =
years now with the staps crossed and using the chest strap (which is a =
handy place for the Z-knife if nothing else). This is a good opportunity =
to try it your way. Need input.
