Another option to ensure you don't breathe acetylene is to buy your own cylinders. You can find them for $50-80 if you shop around. Have them evacuated once, then fill with indutrial grade O2 from then on. As long as YOU don't use them for welding, they'll be no chance of acetylene contamination. You usually have to drop them off at the gas supply house to get them filled, and pick them up a couple days later. If you'll be doing this for a few years, buying your own is the cheapest way to go. -Tim Bakken
