Caution could be Jammer that you ask the filling people to empty the cylinder
before they fill it --- that would be a reasonable approach.  If they balk at
it -- give the guy a couple of extra bucks and that will usually suffice.
Also -- if you are returning rental cylinders back to the welding supply
house for refilling and you will be taking the SAME cylinders back --- empty
them your self -- this should be the next best thing to a vaccuum. 

Its not the gas that is the problem its the cylinder it may go into that is
the issue.
