Lloyd - this is what I was talking about with the "California" cave instructors.I think we have sufficient grounds to not issue NACD certification to students of Frans effective retroactively, and I will be requesting that and a removal of his "instructor" status at the next BOD meeting. This is why we have problems out there, and I do not care whose feelings I hurt - this guy is the kind of idiot I want out of the sport.
