Capt Janet - no need to copy me on this - I know how bad it gets up there and how good it is down here. I am glad for that, as we can dive all year and the worst snotstorm we have to deal with is a nice day for you guys underwater. If it were me diving up there, I would simply get my own group, charter the whole boat, and thus be able to do it at my level, rather than at the lowest common denominator. You would be happy, as you would make the same money with less hassle and more fun. The dives in Key West that Tony is talking about are more for the effecg of being able to see most of a cruiser underwater in one glance, with the big guns and all - quite a sight, but otherwise a supreme weenie dive, as you correctly suggested. Most people do this to say they have been to that depth, as this appears to be some milestone for many folks out there - you can do the whole dive, both sections on a single 80 and air, no wetsuit, and a scooter. I don't think I would try your stuff like that - G
