Hank-

Not much of a problem with fog down here. What technique you use to dive
a wreck is determined by the sea condtions, experience and preference of
the crew and divers.

Hank, I promise you that dive boats around here don't wait for a nice
foggy day, load up with 20 divers, go out and find a 200 foot wreck dive
in a nice ripping current then throw everybody in the water. For the most
part the styrofoam cup technique is used.

I dive off of my own boat unless it's way offshore, then I take a local
commercial craft. Hopefully with less than 20 divers.

   Jim
