Gotta agree with Trout here,  the guy's question should have 
been - "Is Nitrox TRAINING available at Ginny?"

It's not the question that's messed up, it's the thought that 
somebody obviously not trained in the proper use of this gas really 
expects to get it and use it.  
IGNORANCE KILLS!  No matter what depth or gas your diving.

P.S.  Trout, whether you talk about diving at the office too much or 
not, keep this one on your staff and give them scuba lessons for 
Christmas - sounds like he/she would make a good diver.  Difference 
between a good diver and bad?  The good one uses their brain like 
this one did.
