Well, that of course depends on how you define "attack".  Overt aggresive 
behavior? Physical Contact?  Bite?  I know of two right now - Marco Flagg 
and the ab. diver in CA.  The article about the ab. diver mentioned 
concerns other ab. divers had for scooters.  Presumably these concerns 
came as a result of "experiences"  We'd need to know what these 
"experiences" were to know whether or not they fit our definition of 
"attack".
