Sam, the light is not mounted on the tanks - it is on the belt, on the right side, and is held on by the belt buckle. Occasionally , you will see someone try to affix it to the backplate (not too cool) and then you will see the other atrocity that you menitioned. The good thing about either of these practices is that you know, without further ado, that you are dealing with a stroke , and , armed with this information, you can avoid breaking rule number one. - G On Mon, 21 Oct 1996, Sam Bigley <wizards@mu*.ne*> wrote: >What is the best cavelight is on the market, and where is the best place >to mount it on a set of doubles? > >I've heard a lot of different opinions about this, and one of them, >'butt mounting' appears to be highly scorned by some of the divers >replying here. > >JD >-- >Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@terra.net'. >Send subscription/archive requests to `techdiver-request@terra.net'. > > George M.
