Alex, Whatever. You're wrong, I've seen and used the instruction sheet. Perhaps all OMS bags came assembled to you. In case you had a hard time recognizing the instruction sheet, it was a white piece of paper. It came with the bag, which had not had the bands installed. That's the way it came when I got mine about 15 months ago. Maybe you haven't seen one for a while, or maybe your brain broke down or something. Maybe you suffer from a syndrome that makes you spit foul language and pontificate randomly. I don't know, and I don't care, but the bags I've seen came with instructions, and without the bands installed.
