I was certified to use the Atlantis a couple of months ago and plan to buy 
one.  OK, I know it's NOT the best there is, has many limitations, etc. But it 
is simple and does the job fairly well.  At least I doubt Draeger will go out 
of business, and there's always hope the Atlantis II will add enough to make 
it a serious rebreather.

Well to my question, I'm ready to buy one and just heard that the price has 
dropped, I have only one source to this information and haven't been able to 
confirm it. The new price is supposed to be around $3,800 plus training. The 
old price was around $5,000.  Does anybody know anything about this new low 
price.  I called UWATEC and was told nothing, but my original info came from 
one of their reps.  I'd hate to blow a lot of money just to have the price 
drop $1,000 or more a week later!   Any info would be appreciated.
