  Get serious - if you can't work something this simple, you should not be
using 
it. A monkey could use this stuff. If you want your hand held, get a nanny. 
Crying about customer service is a joke - this is not K Mart, you are expected 
to not to be a half wit when they send this stuff out to you. If you want 
computer head, call the Parrot - he is the master . He will even send you email 
and read you bedtime stories.
