It's been a lot of discussing about DECOM at techdiver lately and I have to agree that it's a great software to the right price but their customer service sucks! I bought DECOM quite a while ago and I received ver 6.5 wich does not have the features that's in the ads. The reason, I was told, was that ver 6.6 (wich has the features) was in beta version and I would receive an free upgrade when it was out the doors. Months past and there was no sign of the upgrade. I e-mailed Ronnie about the upgrade twice and didn't even receive a reply. It seems as long as they can make money on you they're all for it but when it comes to customer service after the purchase they're not that willing to do their half. ..................................................................
