Too expensive.  Those that can afford it, do.  Maybe the rebreathers will 
always be too expensive like jets are, but I doubt it.

Like you and George have now both said - Physics doesn't change.  Higher 
pressures won't solve gas supply problems.  Look up "van der Waals" in a 
physics textbook.
