Mike, Wetsuits are definately OC gear - My dive duration on my CCR is now limited to the amount of pain I can endure wearing a wetsuit in 51 degree water. So far, I'm up to an hour and a half... I've got Leon ready to go on my drysuit, just in time for us to start diving in Fiji - great timing, eh? As for recreational divers using Closed Circuit - I still don't agree that it will become common practice. Time will tell, but I just don't see it happening. How many relatively "experienced" recreational divers do you run in to these days that still think that Nitrox is for "deep" diving? I run into them a lot. Now try to get them to understand gas physics, breathing resistance, hypoxia and hyperoxia, hypercapnia, and all the other things associated with rebreathers. I just don't see it happening... There are always going to be Elmo's out there who shouldn't even be allowed in a dive store, much less diving a rebreather, and THAT, I believe, is going to be the real challenge of the rebreather industry, including the training agencies. But hell, I could be wrong. Later, Kevin.
