Subject: OMS SS Back plate - sharp edges.

Found a small area were my right shoulder strap comes over the plate edge, 
that is quite sharp. To the extent that in the few days I've had it and been 
trying out/fine tuning the harness it has started to wear through.

I seem to remember a little while ago, someone remarking about rust problems 
due to drilling additional holes and affecting the integrity of the plating. 
Can anyone confirm this as I will need to file the edge down or something.
