If you want a cheap Haskel, look around for a used one; I know several people who have gotten them for a fraction of their normal price. Underwater Applications Corp. specializes in refurbishing used Haskels; you can reach them at 508-628-9520. Note that if you want a Haskel so as not to waste expensive gasses like helium, you can get much the same effect for much less money by using a bank of 4 or 5 bottles, hooking them together with pigtails, and cascading them.
