This is not rocket science - buy a charger locally that outputs 12 volts. The onles that Ajax puts with the lights come from Sears for $15. For scooters, you need something more sophisticated, and Oceanic makes both types. In addition, each of these has a 220/110 switch , and is made for the correct cycles per second in the first place, as the choise of voltages is separate function alogether.
