seals are not that hard to replace,

Neck's
1	Remove the old seal, you can get quite agressive, try a sander
attachment on an electric drill
2	Use an appropriate CONTACT adhesive, flexible and waterproof
in the UK a I use "Bostic BOOT GLUE", does the job, I's sure that some
other make of boot glue or similar would do
3	support the neck of the suit from the inside, use an upturned bucket,
or a large ball.
4	Apply the Glue to both the suit and the new seal, as per the
		manufacturers instructions.
When you apply to the neck seal you will see the edge turn out, this
makes it much easier to fit, allow the two surfaces to become touch dry,
5-10 min, usually, and gently ower the seal onto the suit, ( this is when
the edge urning out comes in handy), and carefully roll and press down
the edge.
5	You can tape over the seam with rubber tape, glued as above,
when the whole lot is dry, allow 8 hours. Tape is available from the
same place that sells seals.

Wrist's

	1&2 As above
3	As above but use a plastic lemonade bottle
4	Put the seal onto the lemonade bottle as well rolling back the bit to
be glued, get the seal almost touching the suit so that you can roll the
seal straight back onto the suit, practice without glue)
	5	Apply the glue
	6	Wait till touch dry
7	Carefully roll the seal onto the suit and press down
	8	As 5 above.

What will go wrong,

1	You use way too much glue
	2	You will be impatient,
3	The glue that is on your fingers will stick to the seal
		resulting in a sticky mess.
4	you may have left some of the old seal on and thereby caused a wrinkle
which could leak (but not if you tape over afterwards).
5 You will try it out before it has dried properly.

I think that there is a substance called "seal saver" that protects and
extends the life of seals, but I have never used it.

The above is my sugestion only, it works when I do it.
