Thanks for your comment, but at this point the options are not known.

I am taking everything I can lay my hands on and plan to run down the
original source of the cylinders on Bali.  What I really want to avoid is
having to get creative on Bali, or Dili for that matter, as opposed to
taking already cleaned fittings and hoses with me.

So far I have gotten the British and American fittings.  Do you know of any
others that might come into play?  The latest info from Bali is that the
threads are on the inside  (female) of the fitting coming off the tank and
that sounds like British.
