  Frederic, that was intended "sans sarcasme". It is an American expression 
(idiome) . You guys have to be "nuts" to do what you are doing (another 
expression). No sarcasm intended, to do what you guys do in cold water is 
incredible (encroyable) - no sarcasm at all. If you start hearing about
kneepads 
or sushi then look for the sarcasm. - G
