A bit out of range for most of us ocean techdivers, and certainly out of
reach to cavers, but....does anybody know anything about this supposed
recovery operation on the Titanic? I heard a brief news item that they
actually managed to raise a part od the wreck nearly to the surface before
it broke loose and returned to the bottom. I never heard what part that was.
I'm sure it wasn't the stern, as Ballard's photos show that to be too badly
smashed. Hope it wasn't the bow section - if it was, that too is now smashed!
