My Air X is a nice toy for bimbling about down to 120 ft but I suspect that it is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard for pushing on to 300 ft. If you lose the Tx signal it should not mess up your deco calc (If it does the Mfr lies in the manual !) Other thing to bear in mind is that if you are connecting the Tx through twin cylinders and cross connecting via manifolds you are liable to get horse shit air consumption info from that particular algorithm and a lot of irritating alarms. Although it will tell you what the pressure is, its tiny little mind cannot cope with things like equalising across. Mfr tells you to dive with your reserve valve (if you have one) open to avoid this. I also note that it only scrolls to 60m in dive plan mode. regards Brian
