I saw the article to which you are referring.  (Immersed #2).  Notice
the accompanying photo captioned: "A well organized wreck diver"?  The
guy looks like he's about to lay line (about 14 reels worth, by the
looks of it) in the world's first 10 mile long shipwreck.
