This is similar to how the ScubaPro FFM (which is what we've been using with the 'breathers from time to time) works. It isolates the eyes/nose compartment from the mouth compartment (so you can still exhale through your nose to vent the loop). The good news is that it has two ports for attaching comm gear. The bad news is that it probably costs more than $50. It's not quite as comfortable as the AGA, but it's not too bad.
