Thought for today (in my case this month):
Why is there such a response to Georges offer to fax a drawing of
something that should have been covered in the basic cave course?
I hear the term "personal preference", and to be quite truthful have
invoked it more than once. But if it's preference, wouldn't that imply
that you have multiple options from which to "prefer" one ?

I have only first hand experience with my instructor, who ripped my
equipment to shreds and reconfigured it and the feedback from JJ's
students. I wonder if all the options are being presented in the classes.

From the number of requests for the harness drawing it appears the
students are finishing the class without a good grasp of the basics.
