We started out using the Lipid solubilities in the beginning to create our
END forumlas..
From there we moved over to Equivilent Narcotic Potencies as listed in the
latest edition of Diving Physiology. The argument as to whether O2 IS or is
NOT Narcotic is still up in the air. For Abyss, when the user decides to
make O2 Narcotic we choose to make it equi-potent to N2. (Heaven knows this
caused enough confusion, if we made it 2x of N2's narcotic potency, we might
push the users a bit too far <G>)
