Michel,

I have dove with this guy on a few occassions on deeper wrecks, cold 
water wrecks, and in caves.  Always performed, even under some stress.  
He made a big mistake, realizes it, and learned from it. The poor guy 
came to puking water hoping nobody besides JJ noticed, only to find 
gmiiii standing over him.  

I'd dive with him again.  I will also remind him again and again to see 
his technical deep water aspirating hoover card as he is younger and 
some young men need to be reminded of their mortality.

What more do you personally want to get out of this episode??
