The body will not react to the feeling of water and will therefor not try to shunt the blood away form the extremities (we overcome that in water by swimming and being in top shape). The pressure at you lips is the same as at your lungs, and is easier to ventilate properly, etc, etc, etc. Do you want more. As usual, I do it repeatedly , excessively , ectremely and consistently with excellent results. I know what I am doing, Rich , and would not tell you something that I had not hammered out with my own ass on the line first.
