> Jim, WHY? - G I dunno, just like annoying the full bondage people. "Yo, you dumb ass, don'tchaknow you got dat dere fuckin BC all fuckin wrapped da wrong fuckin way? Wasamatta, doncha read the goddamn instricshuns, you stooped moron? You take a cu-wal-ity piece of e-qui-pu-ment like dat and fuck it all up by not reedin the goddamn di-rectsuhns, you pus-brained dickhead." Seriously though, I fully intended to get a set of standard wings when I came across a set of almost new supers for sale by a guy getting out of diving for 1/3 the cost of the standards. Could not pass it up being the cheapskate that I am. I understand your point about the superwings. The extra LP hose and inflator are two more potential failure points. The extra corrugated & LP hoses are two more things which can hang up on stuff. The bladder is so large you have to do something to it to keep it from flopping all over the place. I considered removing the extra bladder and hose, but decided to just run it down the side of the bag and attach it to the bottom with a loop of tubing. It is out of the way and almost flush, not likely to catch on anything, but easy to get to if needed. It is true that I now have one more hose and valve assembly to worry about as failure points, but this is balanced by the fact that I am using a wetsuit and, as your recent experience with your BC blowing out shows, it can be valuable to have an alternate BC device. When I get my drysuit I will shift to standard wings. But first I have to get rid of my no-good, money-sucking friggin boat. Jim
