No commercial or civilian divers are allowed on site as this is a criminal
investigation. Currently divers include Navy Seals, Navy EOD, US coast Guard,
NY State Police, Local Fire Departments and Police Departments, as well as
others I have not mentioned. This whole thing is a mess, but I cannot report
 on other details at this time. As I am allowed to report on other than what
is seen in the news or on the radio and TV, I will foward the info.
