Anybody have an opinion about what a "reasonable" price is for 
a new Scubapro Mk20 1st stage and G250 2nd stage?

Don't know how things go in your neighborhood, but around here
dive shops tend to tag gear with ridiculous prices, often the 
MSRP, and it's usually necessary to talk them down to something 
more competetive.  Obviously it helps to have an idea of what I 
can get away with before I go in.
