Tracked it down

Riffe utility float with Co2 cartridge; sausage shape takes a 2lb weight:
$80 +s/h

Riffe torpedo float also has Co2; takes a 5lb weight 80lbs of lift 20
@100fsw and folds to 16x16 ins and can tale a dive flag. about ~$150
