Are you saying that if the supply is 32% O2 then the inspired gas will be
30% O2?  Or are you saying that if the supply gas is 32% O2 then the 
inspired gas will be +-2% of some number (probably around 21% O2 )?

Where does this number come from?  Did you measure it under a variety of
metabolic/depth conditions for different people or is this the number
quoted by the manufacturer?
