Brian I use a 2 litre, 206 bar bottle, only add argon to my suit for comfort (buoyancy is via my bondage wings :-). I consume a maximum of about 35 bar on a 50 m dive. I use a DIN fitting, unbalanced Oceanic sport regulator with overpressure relief valve. The poor performance of this regulator is ideal for suit inflation! For me a 1 litre bottle would be better but I couldn't find one at the time.
