It's called an Aqua Pak. Two white slate sheets 12cm x 18cm
hinged together down the long edge to give four 'pages' for
writing on. Down one edge is a tube which holds a fat plastic
pencil with an extendable graphite core about 7mm dia. On the 
pencil is the registered trade mark - ALLrite.

The pages fold flat and clip together. The whole unit clips off
on one corner out of the way. Works forever. Excellent tool.
Dunno where its made. Will find out if anyone's interested.

Oh. And the pencil NEVER falls out of the holder tube. Nice.
