these are the places i think they belong as well, any really deep diving
we do we will either have staged bottles hanging, or an extra rebreather
along for back up... hell, for 5k  you can consider it.  I talked to Dick
today and he is working with marco to develop a computer for the 500, they
are shooting for a $1500. unit.  that puts them on the market with a fully
closed unit at the same price as dragers semi...  actually as i think
about it, semi is the perfect way to classify those type of rebreathers,
cuz they are just that.


i especially like the idea of tromping thru the jungle looking for sinks,
there are some lava holes like that on the big island spread out, i'd like
to go look for them, but not with 110lbs of gear.  with the 500 you could
check out alot of places, or make four one hour dives with out switching a
reg or bcd, much less hauling all the tanks around.
