Subject: Re: Great Lakes Death Info.
geo.
water in lake superior is very clear. at times 100' viz. this is quite
deceptive as usually when there is is >75'viz the water is between 32 and 38
degrees. A freeflow on a reg set will put both the primary and secondary unit
out. it doesent matter how many 2nd stagers you have 1 tank only holds so
much air.....octo stuffed/wrapped,inserted,,etc.
the pony is a COMPLETE REDUNDANT system,,,,i am sure you can appreciate that
in the "problem" situation. We have her in the Great Lakes a major free-flow
problem because of the temp. you may not be aware of it but all serious dives
are done with ponies,,,not dogs. also,,,,in your last post you said you
"Assume" PLEASE DONT
as I am not.........sorry for the banwidth but...my opinion only..
ps...GUNILDA water should be a BALMY 38/39 degrees,,,,,,,cant wait
safe diving
