If you're going to the trouble of "manufacturing" oxygen in the first place, you'd make it for all markets and the most efficient way to do that is a single production line with differences being primarily concerned with the handling/filling/drying of the final product and the cylinders that it's going into. > It seems that this could be big trouble for the diver in some locations? Only for the ones breathing welding gas. I forget who started this off, but why screw around trying to save a few pounds (dollars?) when the right stuff is so easily available.
