Are there any such manufacturers? If you're going to the trouble of 
"manufacturing" oxygen in the first place, you'd make it for all markets and
the 
most efficient way to do that is a single production line with differences
being 
primarily concerned with the handling/filling/drying of the final product and 
the cylinders that it's going into.

Only for the ones breathing welding gas. I forget who started this off, but
why screw around trying to save a few pounds (dollars?) when the right
stuff is so easily available. I think this must be boring a few people by now.
