I donate money each year to the fla.HP towards this end. and to a couple of other organizations. What upsets me is the after death bash which only effects the family and any loved ones he may have had. I think what you did was quite distasteful and disrepectful towards his survivors, it does not effect him as he is no longer with us,. If you wish to challenge the fact that members of the WKPP do as I do and have a glass or two and I mean 1 or 2 not more or beer or 2 not more after work, I will post the names and you can check it out. In fact I bet you that more than 70% of your folks do this at least occassionaly, as most tend to be dedicated divers but have some normal social habits. There is nothing wrong with that as long as it is not taken beyond a couple of drinks.It does not make them or I less of a human being. None of us drink while diving and you know that. I do not ever drink to a point of being drunk but each night after working out, and after hydrating do have my two glasses of wine and will most likely do so for the rest of my life. That amount accoring to all the recent medical articles I have read is even good for you george. Now I really do not appreciate your insinuation that I'm a pot smoking drunk. It is perfectly ok if YOU THINK I'M A COMPLETE ASSHOLE. Because each is privedledged to have their own opnions. But you know I do not smoke dope and I most definetly am not a drunk, it would be contrary to my whole life style. If Kris did the things you reference I most likely would have a similar but less violatiale opnion of him as you do. But even if that were the case I would not be so disrepectful to post things would damage the emotions of his family and loved ones. I also am not defending Kris as I do /did not even know him, but I'm shocked that you state these things after his death where they only hurt his survivors and have no effect at all on the person (Kris) they are aimed at. Also I do not defend every vagabond. In your own post you list the people i have spoken up for and in your post you do not at least this time present them in that light. If I think you unjustly attack someone just because you do not like them and you try to make them look inferior on this net to hundreds of people who do not even know these people then yes if i think they are worthwhile folks or if the facts are incorrect I will speak up on their behalf. Accidents and training agencies. One you refer to an accident that must have took place recently and I'm trying to find out about it. I have contacted about four operators to get details on it. The only accident I have discovered so far was a girl and a guy diving together non training on the skyclift, she bumped her head and blacked out the guy took her up to 70 feet or so and thought she was gone so inflated her bc the surface crew rescued her and remarkably she was ok , the guy decoed and got bent.Andy told me about this incident and that is all the details I know. ijust talked to Peter about this also and he was on the boat but the divers that had the problem were not student of anyone and they were diving AIR not EANx and Peter was doing trimix. You insinuated the same instructor was involved on the accident you reference as before , I presume the cave incident which you stated was a training dive which was not it was a dive by a certified cave diver certified NACD and basic EANx diver who was not in training and again if this skyclift dive is the incident you are referring to it was a non training dive and it was not on EANx If there was another accident no one I have talked to is aware of it. if I find out about one I will let you know. George, before you publish things as gospel take the time to look into them. Just as I'm presently trying to discover if there was another incident, I heard there may have been an accident on a private boat but have not been able to confirm this. If you do have details on another accident please let me know as I do like to stay abreast of these type things. Tom
