Kevin-

You are fortunate to have a tight dive buddy. Me, I dive solo unless the 
boat insists on a buddy system. When this happens, 3 out of 4 times I get 
stuck with a knucklehead. When you pay a load of dough for a dive I 
really get irritated, no, I feel ripped off, when I have to babysit a 
novice. Of course *I* was a novice at one time, I did not know I was such 
a pain in the ass.
